Matrix Sangria consists of Shades of Wine with a Yellow halo around the dark center. The name pansy is derived from the French word pensee’ meaning “thought”, and was so named because the blotched flower resembles a human face. Because of this the pansy has long been a symbol of freethought. Pansy flowers are edible and when temps drop below 25 degrees their foliage will wilt & turn a grey-green as a defense from the cold.
