When Lucas decided to go full speed ahead with their Young Plant Program Tom was brought on board to lead the charge in the greenhouse.  With well over 40 years of expertise in the industry, including owning his own retail and growing operations and working for other growers in the industry, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and plain old know-how to the Lucas operation.
